  • It's been a while...

    It's been a while since I wrote something on here so...

    Taiwan
    Taiwan trip was great.  Didn't stay long enough but it was a blast.  I haven't been back in 9yrs so I missed it a lot.  The food was great!  I got to eat everything I had on my list + more.  I got to play golf 4 times.  Each at a different course.  I visited my moms side grandpa's shrine.  Didn't have time to see my Dads side.  Didn't get to see Rich but I did see him in the states.  And I got to chill with my grandma's.  Can't wait to go back. 


    Back to the norm.
    Everything is back to the norm now.  My jetlag was fixed fairly quickly due to work.  I haven't played as much L4D as I like but I'm so bogged down with school work that I don't have time.  1 more year to go and hopefully I'll be done.  L4D2 was awesome though.  Can't wait for the release.  The 14th is the Formosa Golf Tourney so I'm looking forward to that.  I need to hit my clubs though.  I haven't hit them for about a month. 

    I did put LED bulbs for my running lights so it looks pretty badass.  The HID fog lights are working fine so I would recommend VVME for ppl who want HID's. 

    I'm currently on the all meat and vegie diet so hopefully I can slim down from 212lbs.  I've been on it since I got back from Taiwan, and so far I've lost 4lbs.  I'm wanting to get to about 195lbs. 

    I'm going to need a new phone soon.  My contract ends in Dec. and the phone I have now is falling apart.  I'm thinking about the Blackberry's although not sure which one yet.

    Thanksgiving is coming up so I can't wait for that meal.  I'll be here in PL most likely so if anyone is down maybe we can do something. 

    I'll be missing Andy's graduation due to my plant shutdown in Dec.  My unit will be shutting down for 10days in Dec.  and it's going to be a rough 10 days.

  • weekend

    Well this weekend was pretty much set for school work.  I gave up golfing and fishing in order to finish my 2 projects and write 2 journals. 

    Good news is that my 2 projects are finished and 1 journal is finished.  Just way to much writing!!!!  My brain and hands are tired and sore.  But I have 1 journal entry left to write.  Do it tomarrow.


    A lot of people are asking me why I didn't goto Arthur's wedding dinner.  Well here's the answer.  My job consists of me to be on-call.  When I'm on-call, I have 2 hours to respond to a call out.  I can not be drinking or away to far or else I will get written up.  The weekend of Arthur's dinner, I was on-call.

    For Arthur's dinner, I asked 3 weeks ahead of time if someone would swap me weekends.  I have 2 co-workers to share the on-call.  Both of them told me that they couldn't swap me.  They both had things to do.  So I ask again, and again, and again, but always same answer. 

    So everyone, please stop asking me why I couldn't make Arthur's dinner.  I for one wouldn't have missed it if it weren't for work.  I'm already pissed off at my co-workers to where I don't speak to them right now so please stop asking me for it just pisses me off even more.

  • weekend

    Labor Day weekend was good.  We took off to ATX to chill with Shelley and Andy. 

    Friday - just chilled at Shell's. 

    Sat.- Me and dad golfed at Jimmy Clay Golf Course - nice public golf course shot a 104.

    Sun. - Golf at Morris William, had to golf with this older guy that said he still remembers when Justin Lenard played there and it wooped his ass.  Shot a 102.

    Today - Wake up late and headed to San Marcos, then home.
